Dear Competitor

As an aside to our usual event information, please find the below key points – relevant to the most recent Covid-19 advice and our site changes – this must be read prior to travelling to our site:

All players must scan the track and trace QR code at the entry lynch gate or in the golf shop upon arrival

All players must sanitise their hands when they enter site, before they enter any building, and before they leave site.

All players must “check in” to the golf shop before using any site facilities (i.e. driving range/clubhouse)

At “check in” you will be welcomed to our site and your postcode and temperature will be taken

Should your temperature be 37.8*, or above, you must leave site immediately and your refund will be processed over the phone the following day.

Your postcodes will be checked within the NHS website to establish your home area’s Covid-19 tier:

TIER 1 (Medium) – Can use the clubhouse (table service only), driving range and golf course within our current guidance

TIER 2 (High) – Can use the clubhouse for takeaway service only and may use the driving range and golf course within our current guidance

TIER 3 (Very High) – Unfortunately to ensure the safety of our staff and golfers - Tier 3 competitors will NOT BE ALLOWED to play at Woodhall Spa until such a time that their tier level changes. We would ask that you contact Glyn (via the methods at the end of this email) to have your refund processed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no “on the day” refunds for Tier 3 competitors, and driving licenses (or other recognised identity cards) will be required to evidence your postcode. Should a Tier 3 player come to site, they will have to leave immediately with no refund.
