We welcome new members at Woodhall Spa Golf Club and currently have a limited number of Full member spaces.

The details of the country membership category of Woodhall Spa Golf Club are as follows:

Conditions for Application

To apply for Country Membership, the following criteria must be met:

Permanently reside outside of a 50 miles radius of Woodhall Spa (driving licence will be needed as proof of residence).
Be a FULL member of another golf club with a valid WHS handicap certificate.
Provide a letter of introduction from your present club and previous club as a reference.

Terms and Conditions for Country Membership

 Tee Times

Details of Country Membership play  

• Monday to Friday play at any time subject to availability
• Weekend play is permitted after 11.00am

To book a time in accordance with the details above, please use the online tee time booking service on the Club’s website or the IG app.

Member's Guests

Country Members may bring up to 15 guests per year (maximum of three guests per visit, the same guest may play a maximum of 4 times per year) on either course at the member’s guest rate at the following times:

• Weekdays at any time, subject to availability
• Weekends after 2.30pm
• Preferential guest rate of £35.00-Bracken and £45.00-Hotchkin

 Woodhall Spa Golf Club Members Competitions

Country Members may enter the following competitions:

• Club monthly medal and stableford competitions
• Club events such as team and other social golf events
• Senior and ladies section meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays respectively

Country Members are not eligible to enter the following competitions:

• Any Board competition
• Any knockout competition (singles or pairs matchplay events) in any section. This includes     representing the club in any match

A joining fee is not applicable to Country membership.

Subscription for 2024 is: £831.00 inc VAT plus Lincolnshire County affiliation fees

JUNIOR MembershiP

We boast a fantastic and inclusive junior programme. Our juniors’ range in age and ability and are extremely welcoming of newcomers to their group. They have a full coaching calendar, with lots of competitions throughout the year if they wish to enter. There are fun matches against other local clubs, this is a great chance for our juniors to meet other juniors and enjoy their game together.

Our juniors are encouraged to play as much as they can and are paired up to meet new friends and get the most out of their membership.

Terms and Conditions

Details of  the Bracken Membership play:

To book a time in accordance with the rules above, please use the online tee time booking service on the Club’s website or the IG app.

As a Bracken member you can be signed on the Hotchkin course with a full member twice a year maximum at the appropriate member's guest rate.

 Bracken Membership Information

  You may bring up to 15 guests per year on the Bracken course at the member's guest rate.

(Maximum of three guests per visit, the same guest may play a maximum of 4 times per year)

Bracken Members must hold a 36 handicap to enter a competition, there are competitions available throughout the year

A member's card to obtain members' discount in the bar and dining room will be provided.

Bracken members are not eligible to represent the club in any inter club match or competition at home or away, or play in any club knockout competitions.

A joining fee is not applicable for Bracken membership

Subscription for 2024 is £884 inc VAT plus England Golf and Lincolnshire County affiliation fees
