• The competition has a maximum entry of 64 players, past entrants will have preference.
• The competition is 18 holes match play under 50% of combined course handicap (then full difference) from the yellow (gents) and red (ladies) tees on the renowned Hotchkin Course.
• The combined handicap index limit is circa 21 (if your combined is more than circa 21 you may still enter) This equates to a Maximum Combined Course Handicap of 28. England Golf Membership numbers must be supplied with entry (golfers from outside of England must supply an up to date handicap certificate at registration).
If Juniors under 18 are entering, they must have a course handicap of no more 9.
• All competitors must register before commencing play on Friday 4th October.
• Competitors must have a WHS competition handicap at time of registration.
• Practice round on Thursday 3rd October is included in the price and will be between 10am and 13.30 to be booked by contacting Maria on maria.williamson@woodhallspagolf.com (any round booked outside this date and times will be charged at full green fee rate)
• Consolation competitions: stableford v bogey (half combined course handicaps) will be run on all days of the competition for those knocked out of any part of the competition (limited availability on Friday due to daylight restraints).
• Ride on buggies are only allowed at the discretion of the organising committee
• Distance measuring devices which only calculate distance are allowed during this competition. Devices or apps providing other information such as wind speed, temperature and elevation are NOT permitted.
• The organising committee’s decision in any matter is final
• A copy of the draw will be forwarded to the first named competitor. There will be no refunds on cancellations after the draw has been released.
All prize winners must be present at the prize giving presentation.
