Hotchkin Course - Hole 6

Measuring 526 yards, this is the first of four par 5s on the course. The hole is straight with bunkers down either side of the fairway at strategic points. The carry to the fairway is 225 yards over heather from the championship tee. The fairway also slopes right to left in the landing area so the ideal line is down the right hand side. There is a bunker located on the fairway some 50 yards short of the green. This is an exceptionally well-placed trap and must be avoided, as it is not possible to reach the green from it. The green slopes gently from right to left and is 26 yards long.
